What can I expect at my first class?
We recommend that new members arrive 15 minutes before their first class to allow the instructor to welcome them and explain the class structure. The initial sessions typically focus on introducing basic striking, blocking, and kicking techniques, practiced at a comfortable pace to help develop coordination. Students are encouraged to progress at their own pace, taking into account their individual fitness and flexibility levels.
Students are welcome to train in track pants/shorts and t-shirt to start with (singlets are not permitted). Students are given a free Uniform upon sign-up.
